Deb Mantel: Concerts

A note from Deb
The year 2005 has been an interesting journey for me. The combination of some health issues that required a slower pace of life, and the very fast-paced life of raising three sons, two of which travel on an AAU basketball team, left me needing a long break in August. But, to our surprise, my 91-year-old grandma was no longer able to live on her own and we invited her to move in with us in early August. It has been a big adjustment for all of us, requiring sacrifices by all, but also bringing tremendous blessings. I was blessed to be able to record three songs on the third album of the Songs In His Presence project. Please check out this new CD and listen to the tracks.

I am eager to see God continue to lead us in the new year. Thanks for your ongoing support and encouragement. My prayer is that you have a blessed Christmas and a joyous new year!

April 1 - May 12, 2004	Sydney, Australia Deb enjoyed a visit to the "Land Down Under"

March 20-22, 2004	Ypsilanti Free Methodist Women's Retreat Deb provided special music throughout this weekend event at Gull Lake

February 28, 2004	The Ark Ann Arbor, MI Deb, along with the talented David Mosher and special guests John Miklosovic, David Kirkpatrick, and Chris Smith, provided another wonderful evening of inspired music-making for a near-capacity crowd. Thank you for another very successful concert at The Ark. We raised almost $3000 to benefit Hope Medical Clinic. Thanks to all the musicians who participated and to all of the folks who came out to hear the music and have a good time!

May 18, 2003	Arise United Methodist Church Pinckney, MI Deb performed and spoke during this Sunday morning service at Arise Church.

April 24, 2003	University Christian Outreach Deb provided special music for the University Christian Outreach end-of-year "UCO Finale"

February 1, 2003	Keystone Community Church Saline, MI Deb was the featured speaker in addition to sharing her music at the Women's Brunch.

January 19 and 25, 2003	WDEO Radio Deb was the special guest on Tom Loewe's "Notes From Above" Read Tom's comments about the interview.

December 17, 2002	The Ark Ann Arbor, MI Deb, along with David Mosher and special guests, The Cornerstone and John and Mark Miklosovic, played to a full house, giving a wonderfully successful benefit concert for Hope Clinic. Special thanks to all of the performers and folks who came to this concert. It was a wonderful night of friends and fine music. The sold-out event was an answer to prayers, and Hope Clinic was blessed by it. Thanks for all of your cards, emails and notes. I'm glad you had such a great time!

Deb also regularly provides special music for memorial services led by the Pregnancy Counseling Center in Ypsilanti, MI.
